Pain and aromatherapy

Essential oils have healing properties and were often part of traditional medicine until chemical alternatives were developed. Sometimes a few drops of juniper or marjoram oil, or some lavender oil in a warm bath can soothe muscular pain and also help promote better sleep. Also, an option is to soak chamomile tea bags in hot water before soaking in bath. It has great calming and soothing effects of sore muscles also promoting better sleep.

I will give this idea to my sister who suffers from Fibromyalgia, MS, and a brain tumor... She is always in pain but her faith gives her purpose and direction. I enjoy your blogs and your sense of humor.
