Great video. I don't think it's possible for anyone without FM to realize how much we suffer. I bought an ebook today that tells how giving up wheat can really help everyone especially those who are ill. My husband and I plan to give it a try. You are supposed to be able to tell the difference in two weeks. Have a great weekend. Doylene
